MEET JIMME
MY BIO
Who am I?
My name is Jimme. An aspired innovator, data analyst and hospitality enthusiast from the Netherlands. Having recently acquired a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Lund University, my work in the past has been focused on hospitality and managing hotel operations. I gathered lots of different experiences globally and I am happy to apply the experience and skills I have obtained in my career to manage projects through creative problem solving and innovative thinking, using data as a base for decision-making. All skills I utilise on the daily during my role as an Associate Market Manager at Expedia.
My experiences abroad have taught me how to lead teams and build projects from the ground up. I am a full-on believer in empowered teams and inspirational leadership - enabling those teams to reach even higher goals, which for me as an innovator comes down to disrupting and outperforming industries going forward.
Colleagues and people who know me would describe me as someone with a GROWTH mindset. I am always looking for the new big thing in life. I am objective-oriented, proactive, flexible and enthusiastic to achieve best-in-class results together with a team.
